Pot pies are always at the top of our favorites list. They are quick to assemble, especially with today’s refrigerated pie crust mix. Many times I often use Phyllo dough as the crust topping. However it’s made, there are seldom any leftovers, and if there should be a small portion left, it disappears at the next meal.
