This grilled marinated salmon is one of our favorite go to recipes in the summertime when the grill is fired up. This marinade also works very well with tuna, swordfish or other thick fish steaks.
I always make extra marinade to serve over the top or on rice. It’s a recipe that’s easy to customize and change to your liking. Add some pineapple juice, ginger for added flavors. If the sauce is too thin for your liking, cook it down some more or add some cornstarch. If too thick, thin it with pineapple or apple juice.
