We have a large family and many family brunch gatherings on weekends and holidays. We also have overnight guests and I enjoy serving them a big breakfast. Hash browns are always a favorite, but they are a nuisance to make for a crowd. I find I almost need to keep two pans going at once to have enough potatoes to satisfy everyone. This recipe will help you have plenty of hash browns and still be able to sit and eat with everyone.
I also like to take these to pot lucks and church suppers. Just about everyone loves potatoes and they go with almost everything being served at the buffet table.
