Pan Fried Beef Dumplings

  • These pan fried beef dumplings are actually Gyoza. What are goyza you ask? It’s actually a savory pan-fried Japanese style dumpling. Gyoza are really easy to make.  Just mince, grate, and measure out your ingredients as called for, fill the gyoza wrapper, and pan fry. If you don’t have goyza wrappers, you can substitute egg roll wrappers instead.

If you find some gyoza wrappers and worry you won’t be able to use them all, you can keep gyoza wrappers for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator and up to a month in freezer.

    1. Puleezwe! Those so-called “pan-fried dumplings” don’t look anything like AUTHENTIC Gyoza, won’t taste like Gyoza & AREN’T Gyoza
