You’re probably wondering “What’s the difference between cannelloni and manicotti?” Well, after looking it up on Google, I’m still confused. From what I can gather, one is filled with meats while the other was filled with only cheeses and spinach. Some of the pasta tubes are smaller with no ridges while the others were larger with design. One has a tomato-based sauce while the other has a creamy white sauce. I still don’t know which is which, so I guess you’ll have to ask a Real Italian.
