I’ve never met a meatball I didn’t like, and these Totally Addictive Honey Garlic Meatballs are often a requested item during family picnics and neighborhood get-togethers. I’ve made these using beef, Italian sausage, and chicken meatballs and they always disappear, no matter what meat I use.
Sometimes I even make them for dinner and serve them over rice. When I do this, I like to double the sauce so there’s plenty to go around.
