These White Creamy Chicken Enchiladas With Sour Cream —No Canned Soup are just stupendous. I’ve made these twice and there’s nothing I would change in this recipe. It’s perfect just as written. If you like more heat, you could add more chilies, but my family loved it just as it is. Better than any cream of chicken soup recipe I’ve made and just as easy.
